Service quality that acquired the first facilities management international standards in Japan
In September 2018, AEON delight became the first company in Japan to acquire the ISO 41001 certification, the world’s first international standards in facilities management. In recent years, companies are required to address a range of issues including productivity improvement, work-style reform, environmental load reduction, and health and productivity management. Facilities management that strategically leverages a facility and its surrounding environment is attracting attention as a management approach that helps resolve these issues.
AEON delight will merge the management system based on ISO standards with its own work quality standards acquired over the years to offer services at the global level.

Infection control by hygiene control
In recent years, countermeasures against infectious diseases in hospitals have become an issue in hospitals due to global epidemics such as H1N1 influenza and Ebola hemorrhagic fever, and new facts regarding bacteria and viruses which have been found in recent advancements in technology. AEON delight carries out “hygiene control service” specialized in countering such infections at hospitals throughout the country. In the future, we will also conduct hygiene control for institutions which demand for high standard requirements regarding hygiene, as well as facilities such as commercial facilities and hotels where unspecified number of people access, with a goal to contribute to the creation of a safe and secure environment.
Visualization of energy/remote monitoring and control
AEON delight realizes remote monitoring and control including visualization of electricity usage through implementing BEMS (Building and Energy Management System) solution for a wide range of facilities ranging from small to medium-sized buildings to large scale shops and facilities. Our effort is to maximize energy saving effect by combining precise tuning of equipment by our facility manager who has abundant knowledge of various facilities and the facilities as a whole.
“AEON delight (AD) Solution Center” that immediately responds “24 hours, 365 days ”
The AD Solution Center centrally manages the status at locations where AEON delight staff are permanently stationed. Operations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year include handling inquiries by telephone and remotely monitoring the sites based on machine security information that detects facility abnormalities. In case of emergencies, the Center gathers and shares disaster information as the team responsible for information collection and analysis.
