Quality and Environment Policies

We will engage in the following activities to realize our Management Principle.

1 We will aim to provide services with the highest standards in Asia by establishing the comprehensive FMS (Facility Management Service) business which provides optimum services for the operational management of the facilities and contributes to customers’ growth.
2 We will build a management system with highest priority on own safety.
3 We have set quality objectives as follows based on policies for each fiscal year, and will strive to achieve the objectives through our business activities.
(1) Abide by the contract details and actively make proposals in order to offer services that are truly appreciated by the customer.
(2) Reform the existing business models and build next-generation facility management models in order to respond to the changes in the business environment.
(3) Carry out drastic business structural reforms by utilizing technology to achieve improvements in productivity.
(4) Build an IFM model to become a globally competitive comprehensive FMS company.
4 We have set environment objectives as follows and will strive to achieve the objectives through our business activities.
(1) Conduct activities that minimize environmental load and activities with a positive impact on the environment to ensure global environment conservation.
(2) Promote the prevention of environmental contamination.
(3) Promote proposals to improve our own workplace as well as that of customers.
5 In promoting the above activities, we will continually promote improvements by building a management system in assuming and managing various risks such as disasters and accidents.
6 We will comply with laws and regulations as well as other requirements deemed accepted.
